If iTraX is a web based application, does this mean that all iTraX users will have internet access?
iTraX can be implemented as an Intranet application. iTraX users will access the iTraX server without accessing any web sites from the internet. So no internet access is required for iTraX users.

If my hotel staff has a mixture of in-house pagers, island wide pagers and mobile phones. Can iTraX use any of these devices to broadcast alerts?
iTraX can use ALL of the above devices to send out Job alerts and announcements. Pagers can be numeric or alpha-numeric.

How does iTraX send job alerts to numeric pagers as oppose to alphanumeric pagers?
Each request category and location can be tagged with a 4 digit numeric code. So when a request is created in iTraX, the job is sent as text to alphanumeric pagers and a 4 digit code is sent to numeric pagers.

Do I have to be with a specific Telco to provide the SMS broadcast feature?
No. iTraX will work with any GSM Telco.

Can iTraX send SMS to mobile phone which is from another country?
If the mobile phone works in locally and has the SMS feature turn on then yes.

How long does it normally take to implement iTraX into a Hotel?
It really depends on how extensive iTraX will be used. Typically it will take approximately 14 days to install, configure and train users on iTraX for Call Centre, Housekeeping, Engineering and Front Office departments.

Is iTraX expensive implement?
iTraX cost less by at least 30% - 40% from other similar products in the market. Because iTraX is a web based application, it is possible to have one server to serve multiple sites thus lowering down the cost considerably. In additional, unlike other similar products iTraX is not priced based in per seat licensing.
