Welcome to our iTraX Guided Tour. In this section, we will walk you through the job request creation and closing process. To do so, we will take on the roles of the Call Centre and Housekeeping. Returning to our guest towel request scenario (see Use Case), the Call Centre will create the job request, and Housekeeping will attend to the request.

Call Center
This is the iTraX login page. The Call Centre operator will have to key in her User ID and Password. By assigning a different Site ID to each property, a hotel chain can maintain separate iTraX databases for each property.


Once logged in, the Call Centre operator will be able to see the iTraX homepage. On the homepage, the operator mouses-over the Request Menu to drop-down and reveal the "Create" request bar.

Clicking the "Create" bar will bring the Call Centre operator to the Request Monitoring screen.
