Pricing
Structure
iTrax is sold on a server license basis. This means that an
unlimited number of users can use the system without incurring
additional "seat" licensing charges. The basic pricing structure
includes a Base Server License and a variable charge based on
the number of hotel rooms. Optional enhancement modules, installation
and training incur a separate charge.
Installation
Time
iTrax requires some degree of deployment customisation. This
mainly takes the form of a database build that conforms to the
hotel's internal practices, operations, terminology, procedures
and work-flow. Inclusive of database build, "Go Live" and Staff
/ User training, the entire implementation process normally
takes no more than 2-3 weeks.
